Web Prodigies with its experience developed three models
for execution of projects and also to provide outsourcing services to
clients overseas as per the clients requirements and project or
outsourcing service requirements.
Normal model
In normal model, in design phase, the Web Prodigies project manager, if
required, will participate in the systems study at clients location,
development phase - the development is done completely at Web Prodigies
(off-shore), and client project manager is involved in approval, and in
deployment phase - if required, Web Prodigies representative will
participate in implementing, user training and trouble shooting. This
model is economical as the development is done offshore at India.
Extended model

In extended model, the project manager of the client
is at Web Prodigies, and Web Prodigies project team and
project leader will be working for him. The clients' project manager
after the systems study and design will coordinate the development
process at Web Prodigies. All the infrastructure facilities to
client are extended by Web Prodigies on cost sharing or at Web
Prodigies cost. This is most reliable model as the client has
complete control over the development process and also economical as
the development is done at India. This model is more suitable for
professional services like project development, Help Desk, ASP
services, testing, data/ content management, etc. This model is
economical for companies planning to have a software facility in
India. |
Special model
 |
In special model, the project manager of Web
Prodigies is at clients' location or clients' country, and
will participate along with clients' project manager in analysis and
design of the project. Web Prodigies project manager will
coordinate the project development process between the client and
Web Prodigies. The entire development is done offshore at Web
Prodigies. The integration and implementation is done Web
Prodigies project manager at clients' location. This model is
both reliable and economical. This model is followed for maintenance
services where onsite support to client is also required. |
